This application is intended for internal use by authorized personnel of Davki Diversified Integrations Group and EiMalo Concierge Services.
The applications represented by this privacy policy are intended to be installed on company provided devices, there is no intent for the app to be installed on personal devices.
We respect the privacy of all users and are committed to protecting the personal information that may be collected and stored through the use of this app.

The application may collect and store personally identifiable information (PII), including but not limited to:

- Work email address
- Work phone number
- Work-related operational data
Note that while logged into your work supplied device for Davki operations, we continuously track your physical location via GPS using foreground and background tracking services. This functionality should not be disabled while the device is in use.
The information recorded is related to internal operations and scheduling activities.
3. Use of Information
The information collected is used to:
- Enable internal communication and scheduling
- Support operational workflows
- Provide workforce management and compliance with customer requirements, including but not limited to location tracking of activity on and around customer sites
- Provide customer or staff management functionality within the organization
We do not sell, share, or distribute this information to any third party except where required by law, regulation, or lawful request by government or law enforcement authorities, with the exception that a customer may view and request reporting of operational data related to their sites.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All collected information is securely transmitted from the device and is securely stored within Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Reasonable technical and administrative measures are in place to protect the data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share any personal data with external parties, other than with customers in relation to activities performed on or around their sites, unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the individual.
6. User Rights
Users may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting hr@davki.com.au. Certain operational records may be retained in their original form where required for company operational, compliance, legal, or audit purposes and will be handled in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
